Savia is a destination to enjoy a delicious meal that is also aligned with the practices of sustainable and organic farming. We source daily from the harvest of our own orchard, located near the Sanctuary of Fauna and Flora Iguaque, and other local and organic ingredients grown by farmers and artisanal producers whom we know and trust.
